Refund policy

At Antonini Modern Living, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet expectations due to defects or damage, we will work promptly to resolve the matter. Please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery so we may assist you.

All online purchases are final sale and non-refundable. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Shipping and delivery fees are also not refundable. 

Orders may be cancelled, either partially or fully, within three (3) days of purchase. To initiate a cancellation, please contact your in-store advisor. If cancelled within the allowed timeframe, the amount paid will be refunded in full. Cancellations made after the 3-day period will incur fees as follows: A minimum of 50% of the value of the cancelled items will be withheld.

Antonini Modern Living partners with suppliers and manufacturers who provide various warranties on their products. Warranties are limited to repair or replacement (identical product or product of equivalent value), subject to manufacturer verification and approval. Warranties are non-transferable and will not apply if the product is resold.

Anticipated delivery dates for special orders and non-stock items are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including manufacturing issues, transportation delays, or raw material shortages. We reserve the right to delay delivery when necessary, and every effort will be made to keep you informed of any changes as updates are provided by our suppliers.
